All work is conducted through our CRM software/platform and strong computer experience is needed. Prior experience with QuickBooks is preferred. We look forward to welcoming you to the family and supporting you as we introduce you to our proven system for success.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Typing, filing, and sorting mail
Mange inter-office related requests in a timely manner
Maintain CRM Database
Receive and distribute communications
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and light cleaning
Previous experience in office administration
High school diploma and some college or Associates Degree is desirable
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and problem solving
Excellent computer skills and be able to display proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Prior experience with QuickBooks Software
Part Time Employment
Flexible Schedule (20 to 25 Hours/Week)
Hourly Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour
